南昌传统村落数字化保护的困境与优化路径

Dilemmas and Optimization Pathways for the Digital Preservation of Traditional Villages in Nanchang

摘要: 传统村落数字化保护正在由资料存储和线上展示向资源建档、动态监测、保护管理与公共传播延伸。文章以南昌市14项国家级中国传统村落名录条目为对象，采用文献分析、政策文本分析和官方公开资料归纳，并选取相关案例进行机制参照。公开资料表明，进贤县于2024年入选传统村落集中连片保护利用示范县；周坊村正在推进数字博物馆建设和13栋古建筑修缮，进贤县另完成3栋历史建筑挂牌、测绘和建档，南昌市还开展传统建筑工匠培训。现有公开资料对项目数据衔接、市域统筹与长效运维、社区持续参与机制的呈现仍较有限，单项项目与常态治理之间的衔接仍有完善空间。文章据此提出统一数据规范、健全协同运维、拓展社区参与和推动数字成果分层利用四类相互衔接的路径。相关判断限于公开资料能够支持的范围。

Abstract: Digital preservation of traditional villages is expanding from record storage and online display to documentation, monitoring, conservation management, and public communication. This study examines 14 Nanchang entries on the national list of traditional Chinese villages by reviewing the literature, analyzing policy texts, synthesizing official public information, and drawing on mechanisms identified in selected cases. Official sources indicate that Jinxian County was designated in 2024 as a demonstration county for the clustered conservation and utilization of traditional villages. Zhoufang Village is advancing a digital museum project and repairs to 13 ancient buildings, while Jinxian County has separately completed the listing, surveying, and documentation of three historic buildings; Nanchang has also provided training for traditional-building artisans. Public information remains limited regarding sustained arrangements for data linkage, citywide coordination, long-term operation, and community participation. The study proposes four interrelated pathways: unified data standards, coordinated governance and maintenance, community participation, and tiered use of digital outputs. Its conclusions are limited to publicly available evidence.
