摘要: 短视频算法在重塑青年认知方式的同时，也导致其独立思考能力弱化。算法推送机制引发的信息茧房、碎片化浏览与情绪化内容，固化了青年的认知视野，削弱了思维深度与理性判断。这一现象源于算法逻辑、使用惯性、媒介素养不足及思辨教育缺位等多重因素。破解困境需多方协同：青年应主动突破信息壁垒；平台需优化算法，构建良性内容生态；高校应加强媒介素养与批判性思维教育；社会则需深化网络治理，营造理性思辨氛围。唯有多方合力，方能帮助青年在算法时代坚守独立思考能力，成长为具有清醒认知与理性判断能力的数字公民。

Abstract: While short video algorithms are reshaping young people’s ways of thinking, they are also leading to a weakening of their ability to think independently. The information echo chambers, fragmented browsing, and emotionally charged content generated by algorithmic recommendation systems have narrowed young people’s cognitive horizons and undermined the depth of their thinking and their capacity for rational judgment. This phenomenon stems from multiple factors, including algorithmic logic, user inertia, insufficient media literacy, and a lack of critical thinking education. Breaking out of this predicament requires multi-stakeholder collaboration: young people must proactively break through information barriers; platforms must optimize algorithms and build a healthy content ecosystem; universities must strengthen media literacy and critical thinking education; and society must deepen internet governance to foster an atmosphere of rational discourse. Only through joint efforts can we help young people maintain their capacity for independent thinking in the algorithmic era and grow into digital citizens with clear awareness and the ability to make rational judgments.
