动物实验的伦理问题审视与解决路径

摘要: 动物实验是医学、生命科学领域重要的研究手段，为人类医药研发、疾病机制解析、生命科学探索提供了不可替代的支撑，有力推动人类科技与医疗卫生事业进步。但动物实验在开展过程中也衍生出诸多伦理争议与现实困境。本文立足于动物实验伦理相关理论基础，系统梳理动物实验领域的伦理思想分歧，剖析当前实践中存在实验动物滥用、科研人员生命伦理认知不足、实验动物福利保护制度体系不完善等现实问题；从伦理教育、法律制度建设、实验动物术后的生命关怀处置、替代技术研发应用四个维度，构建适配我国科研实际的伦理治理路径，以期推动动物实验在伦理框架约束下实现科学的发展，更好服务于人类社会发展。
Abstract: Animal experimentation is a crucial research method in medicine and life sciences, providing irreplaceable support for pharmaceutical development, disease mechanism elucidation, and exploration of life sciences, thereby significantly advancing scientific and medical progress. However, the conduct of animal experiments has also given rise to numerous ethical controversies and practical challenges. Based on theoretical foundations of animal experiment ethics, this article systematically reviews the ethical disagreements within the field, analyzes current issues such as misuse of laboratory animals, insufficient understanding of life ethics among researchers, and an incomplete system for protecting animal welfare. It proposes an ethical governance framework tailored to China’s scientific research context, addressing four dimensions: ethics education, legal system development, humane post-surgical care for experimental animals, and the research and application of alternative technologies. The aim is to promote the scientific and humane advancement of animal experimentation under ethical constraints, better serving human societal development.
