“职教高考”背景下中职课程教学改革探索——以《餐饮管理与服务》课程为例

Exploring Curriculum Teaching Reform in Secondary Vocational Schools under the Context of the “Vocational Education Entrance Examination”—A Case Study of the “Catering Management and Service” Course

摘要: 《国家职业教育改革实施方案》颁布后，“职教高考”趋势愈加明晰，“文化寄宿制 + 职业技能”的考试招生方式给中职旅游、酒店管理专业的课程教学带来了新的挑战。以餐饮服务与管理课程为例，需要从重构学习内容体系、丰富评价体系、重视考前复习等方面进行“职教高考”形式下的课程教学改革探索，培养兼具文化水平和职业技能的学生。

Abstract: Since the issuance of the “Implementation Plan for the Reform of National Vocational Education,” the trend of the “vocational college entrance examination” has become increasingly clear. The examination and enrollment method of “cultural boarding + vocational skills” has brought new challenges to the curriculum teaching of secondary vocational tourism and hotel management programs. Taking the Catering Service and Management course as an example, it is necessary to explore curriculum teaching reforms under the “vocational college entrance examination” model by reconstructing the learning content system, enriching the evaluation system, and emphasizing pre-exam reviews, in order to cultivate students who possess both cultural literacy and vocational skills.
