应用型高校“四维协同”研究生教育管理体系构建研究

Research on the Construction of the “Four-Dimensional Collaboration” Postgraduate Education Management System in Application-Oriented Universities

摘要: 应用型高校是统筹教育、科技、人才协同发展的关键载体，专业学位研究生教育逐步成为我国研究生教育的主体力量。文章分析了应用型研究生教育的底层逻辑与价值指向，及其在发展过程中存在的管理机制路径依赖、资源配置结构失衡、协同机制隔离脱节等问题。在此基础上，文章基于社会生态系统理论构建“组织体系与队伍建设”“工作体制与保障建设”“常规任务与内涵建设”“文化载体与管理平台”四维协同应用型研究生教育管理体系并阐述了其具体内涵和协同关系，以期为地方应用型高校研究生教育管理体系构建提供有益参考。

Abstract: Applied-oriented universities serve as key platforms for integrated development in education, science and technology, and talent cultivation. Professional degree graduate education has gradually become the main force in China’s graduate education system. This paper analyzes the underlying logic and value orientation of applied graduate education, as well as existing challenges such as path dependence in management mechanisms, imbalanced resource allocation, and isolated or disconnected collaborative systems during its development. Based on this analysis, drawing upon social ecosystem theory, the paper proposes a four-dimensional collaborative management system for applied graduate education, encompassing “organizational structure and team building”, “work systems and support mechanisms”, “routine operations and connotative development”, and “cultural carriers and management platforms”. The paper elaborates on the specific connotations and interrelationships among these dimensions, aiming to provide valuable insights for constructing graduate education management systems in regional applied-oriented universities.
