数字经济下电商供应链协同治理框架研究

Research on the Collaborative Governance Framework of E-Commerce Supply Chains in the Digital Economy

摘要: 在数字经济深度渗透的背景下，电商供应链已从传统线性链条演变为多主体、多维度、动态化的协同网络，其治理模式正面临颠覆性变革。数字技术的赋能打破了传统电商供应链的信息、流程与利益壁垒，但也带来了协同主体权责不清、数据治理缺失、协同机制不畅等新问题，亟须构建科学完善的协同治理框架。文章基于数字经济的技术特征与电商供应链的协同需求，界定其协同治理的核心内涵与要素，剖析当前面临的突出困境，构建“主体协同–机制协同–技术协同–环境协同”四位一体的协同治理框架，明确各维度核心内容与运行逻辑，并提出框架落地的实施路径与保障措施，为电商供应链提升协同效率、降低治理成本、增强韧性提供理论支撑与实践指引。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the deep penetration of the digital economy, e-commerce supply chains have evolved from traditional linear chains into multi-agent, multi-dimensional, and dynamic collaborative networks, facing a disruptive transformation in their governance models. While the empowerment of digital technologies has broken down information, process, and interest barriers in traditional e-commerce supply chains, it has also introduced new challenges such as unclear rights and responsibilities among collaborative entities, deficiencies in data governance, and inefficient coordination mechanisms, necessitating the construction of a scientific and robust collaborative governance framework. Grounded in the technological characteristics of the digital economy and the collaborative demands of e-commerce supply chains, this paper defines the core connotations and elements of collaborative governance, analyzes the prominent dilemmas currently faced, and constructs a four-dimensional collaborative governance framework of “agent collaboration - mechanism collaboration - technology collaboration - environment collaboration”. It clarifies the core content and operational logic of each dimension, proposing implementation paths and safeguard measures for the framework’s deployment. This study aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for enhancing collaborative efficiency, reducing governance costs, and strengthening the resilience of e-commerce supply chains.
