数智赋能下毕业生画像在大学生生涯规划中的应用研究

Applied Research on the Use of Graduate Profiles in University Students’ Career Planning in the Context of Digital and Intelligent Empowerment

摘要: 本文以某高水平大学毕业生为研究样本，通过整合智慧学工管理系统、教务系统等多渠道数据，从基本信息、学业成绩、行为活动、第二课堂四个维度采集数据，借助数据处理分析与生成式人工智能技术，构建了保研、考研、就业三类学生群体的精准数字画像。基于画像特征，进一步构建了包含个性化指导方案、生涯规划书、预警雷达图的全链条生涯支持体系，实现了思政工作从“经验管理”向“数智治理”的转型，为提升大学生生涯规划指导质效、落实立德树人根本任务提供了实践路径。

Abstract: This study takes graduates from a top-tier university as the research sample, integrating multi-channel data from the Smart Student Affairs Management System and the Academic Records System to collect information across four dimensions: basic information, academic performance, behavioral activities, and extracurricular engagement. By leveraging data processing, analysis, and generative AI technologies, precise digital profiles were constructed for three student groups—those pursuing postgraduate studies, those preparing for graduate entrance exams, and those entering the workforce. Based on these profiles, a comprehensive career support system was further developed, encompassing personalized guidance plans, career development documents, and early warning radar charts. This approach facilitates the transformation of ideological and political education from “experience-based management” to “data-intelligent governance”, providing a practical pathway to enhance the quality and effectiveness of career planning guidance for university students while fulfilling the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.
