混合式教学模式在我国康复专业教学中的研究现状及热点——基于CiteSpace的文献计量与可视化分析

Research Status and Hotspots of Blended Teaching Model in Rehabilitation Teaching in China—A Bibliometric and Visualization Analysis Based on CiteSpace

摘要: 目的：运用CiteSpace及Excel软件分析我国混合式教学模式在康复专业教学领域的研究现状、热点及未来发展趋势，旨在为今后康复专业教学改革提供参考依据。方法：检索中国知网(CNKI)数据库中2018年1月1日至2026年7月9日收录的混合式教学模式在康复专业教学应用研究的相关文献，采用CiteSpace 6.4和Excel软件对年发文量、作者合作、机构合作和关键词等绘制知识网络图谱并进行文献计量分析。结果：共纳入108篇文献，相关研究的年发文量呈波动上升趋势，但总体发文量较少；虽然目前机构与作者之间形成了小规模的初步合作关系，但作者与研究机构合作网络松散，缺乏跨团队、跨机构之间合作。研究频次前5位的关键词有教学改革、雨课堂、教学模式、课程建设、线上线下。关键词聚类图谱显示，研究主题包括教学模式、深度学习、教学改革、问卷调查、混合式教育、教育改革6大研究主题。近年来研究热点主要集中在深度学习、互联网等方面。结论：我国康复专业混合式教学研究起步较晚、总量偏少，合作网络稀疏；热点从教学模式探索向深度学习深化，未来需加强多中心协作与成果转化，促进康复人才培养快速高质量发展。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the research status, hotspots and development trends of blended teaching model in rehabilitation teaching in China by CiteSpace and Excel software, aiming to provide a reference for future reforms in rehabilitation teaching. Methods: Literatures related to blended teaching model in rehabilitation teaching published from January 1, 2018 to July 9, 2026 were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI). CiteSpace 6.4 and Excel software were used to conduct mapped knowledge networks and bibliometric analysis on annual issued quantity, authors, institutions and keywords. Results: A total of 108 literatures were included. The annual issued quantity of relevant research showed a fluctuating upward trend, but the overall volume of publications was relatively small. Although there are some initial small-scale collaborations between institutions and authors, the collaboration network between authors and research institutions is loose, lacking the cooperation across teams and institutions. The top 5 most frequent keywords are teaching reform, Rain Classroom, teaching model, curriculum development, and online-offline. The keyword clustering map shows that the research themes include six major topics: teaching models, deep learning, teaching reform, questionnaires, blended education, and educational reform. In recent years, research hotspots have mainly focused on deep learning and the Internet. Conclusion: Research on blended teaching in rehabilitation in China started relatively late and is still limited in quantity, with sparse collaboration networks. The focus is shifting from exploring teaching models to deepening learning. In the future, more multi-center collaboration and results translation are needed to promote the rapid and high-quality development of rehabilitation talent.
