“受助·反哺”：资助育人视域下受助学生基层就业的现状、动因与进路研究

“Receiving Aid and Giving Back”: A Study on the Status, Motivations, and Pathways of Grassroots Employment among Students Receiving Financial Aid from the Perspective of Financial Aid-Based Education

摘要: 资助育人与基层就业工作在服务对象、责任使命等方面具有高度的内在契合性。本文以宁夏师范大学体育学院2023~2026届受资助且选择基层就业的毕业生为研究对象，基于“受助–成长–反哺”的分析框架，运用数据统计与案例分析方法，系统分析了受助学生基层就业的规模、结构与分布特征，探究了其内在与外在动因。研究发现：受助学生基层就业参与率显著高于非受助群体，基层就业形式以特岗教师、“三支一扶”和西部计划为主，呈现出“本土化回流”与“体制内偏好”的双重特征；资助经历通过经济减负、心理认同与价值引导三重机制，正向影响学生的基层就业选择。在此基础上，从政策优化、高校引导、社会支持与学生主体四个维度，提出了促进受助学生从“受助”到“反哺”的实践进路，以期为发展型资助与基层就业的融合育人提供参考。

Abstract: Financial aid-based education and grassroots employment initiatives share a high degree of intrinsic alignment regarding their target populations and missions. Focusing on graduates from the School of Physical Education at Ningxia Normal University (Classes of 2023–2026) who received financial aid and chose grassroots employment, this study employs an analytical framework of “receiving aid - growth - giving back”. Using statistical analysis and case studies, it systematically examines the scale, structure, and distribution characteristics of grassroots employment among these students and explores the underlying intrinsic and extrinsic motivations. The study finds that the participation rate in grassroots employment is significantly higher among aid recipients than among non-recipients. Predominant forms of employment include “Special Post Teachers”, the “Three Supports and One Assistance” program, and the “Western Program”, reflecting a dual tendency toward “returning to one’s home region” and “preferring public-sector roles”. The experience of receiving financial aid positively influences students’ decisions to pursue grassroots employment through three mechanisms: alleviating economic burdens, fostering psychological identification, and providing value-based guidance. Finally, the study proposes practical pathways to facilitate the transition of aid recipients from “aid beneficiaries” to “contributors” across four dimensions—policy optimization, university guidance, social support, and student agency—aiming to provide a reference for the integrated educational approach combining developmental financial aid with grassroots employment.
