松溪内家拳的传承演进与体育精神内涵解析及现实转化研究

A Study on the Inheritance and Evolution of Songxi Internal Boxing, Analysis of Its Sporting Spirit Connotation and Practical Transformation

摘要: 立足中华优秀传统文化创造性转化、创新性发展时代要求，综合运用文献资料法、历史研究法与思辨研究法，梳理松溪内家拳历史传承演进脉络，解析其蕴藏的体育精神内涵，并探讨精神内涵现实转化实施路径。研究表明：松溪内家拳在数百年传承中实现技艺、地域与传承模式的动态演变，以“敬、紧、径、勤、切”五字诀为核心形成独特体育精神体系。当前其传承面临谱系异化、网络误读、精神与实践脱节等困境，仅保护套路技艺不足以满足当代传承需要。研究提出依托史料数字化、传承人培育，结合校园、全民健身与新媒体场景，搭建多元协同传承生态，推动松溪内家拳文化资源活化，为传统武术活态传承和中华优秀传统文化创新转化提供参考。

Abstract: Based on the contemporary requirement of creative transformation and innovative development of China’s fine traditional culture, this study comprehensively adopts the methods of literature review, historical research and speculative research to sort out the historical inheritance and evolution of Songxi Internal Boxing, analyze its inherent connotation of sporting spirit, and discuss the implementation paths for the practical transformation of such spiritual connotation. The research shows that Songxi Internal Boxing has witnessed dynamic evolution in techniques, regional characteristics and inheritance models over hundreds of years. Centered on the five-character mantra of “Respect, Tightness, Directness, Diligence and Precision”, it has formed a unique sporting spirit system. Its inheritance is currently confronted with dilemmas including genealogy distortion, online misinterpretation, and disconnection between spirit and practice. Solely preserving routine techniques cannot meet the needs of contemporary inheritance. This study proposes to build a diversified and collaborative inheritance ecosystem by virtue of digitalization of historical materials, inheritor training, combined with scenarios of campus education, national fitness and new media, so as to revitalize the cultural resources of Songxi Internal Boxing. It provides references for the living inheritance of traditional martial arts and the innovative transformation of China’s fine traditional culture.
