“医学 + 公考”融合视角下医学生公务员考试课程构建与实践

Curriculum Construction and Practice of Civil Service Examination Course for Medical Students from the Integration Perspective of “Medicine + Civil Service Examination”

摘要: 随着公务员招录向应届毕业生倾斜，医学生报考公务员的人数逐年增加，但医学院校普遍缺乏针对性的备考课程。文章基于“医学 + 公考”融合视角，分析了医学生专业素养与公务员考试能力要求之间的内在一致性，提出了将医学专业优势转化为公考竞争力的课程构建思路。以广西医科大学《医学生公务员考试备考入门》课程为例，从课程体系设计、师资队伍建设、教学模式创新、实践环节强化和效果评估等方面进行了系统探索。实践表明，该课程选修人数从2022年的50人/学期增至2026年的100人/学期，学生满意度达92.6%，选修学生公考报考率及进面率均显著高于未选修学生。融合型课程有助于提升医学生的公考竞争力与综合素质，为医学院校培养复合型人才提供了可行路径。

Abstract: As civil service recruitment favors fresh graduates, the number of medical students applying for civil service positions has increased year by year; however, medical universities generally lack targeted preparation courses. Based on the integration perspective of “Medicine + Civil Service Examination”, this article analyzes the intrinsic consistency between medical students’ professional literacy and the competency requirements of the civil service examination, and proposes a curriculum construction approach that transforms medical professional advantages into competitiveness in the civil service examination. Taking the course “Introduction to Civil Service Examination Preparation for Medical Students” at Guangxi Medical University as an example, it systematically explores curriculum system design, faculty development, teaching model innovation, practical link strengthening, and effect evaluation. Practice shows that the number of students taking the course increased from 50 per semester in 2022 to 100 per semester in 2026, with student satisfaction reaching 92.6%. The application rate and interview shortlisting rate of students who took the course were significantly higher than those of students who did not. The integrated course helps enhance medical students’ competitiveness in the civil service examination and their comprehensive qualities, providing a feasible path for medical universities to cultivate interdisciplinary talents.
