“三全育人”视域下融合OBE理念与思政元素的概率论与数理统计课程教学改革研究

A Study on the Teaching Reform of Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics Course by Integrating OBE Concept and Ideological and Political Elements from the Perspective of “Three-Wide Education”

摘要: 在“三全育人”视域下，针对概率论与数理统计课程教学中存在的思政元素碎片化、与专业教学“两张皮”、评价机制不完善等问题，本文提出融合OBE理念与思政元素的课程教学改革方案。研究立足课程自身特点，从“目标引领–过程融入–评价闭环”三个维度构建教学模型。通过系统梳理课程思政目标体系、深度挖掘统计人文、统计理论与统计实践三类思政元素、设计多样化融入路径、建立多元评价与持续改进机制，实现知识传授、能力培养与价值引领的有机统一。以矩估计法教学为案例，展示融合教学的具体实施过程。研究表明，该改革方案有助于落实立德树人根本任务，培养具有科学精神、家国情怀与职业道德的高素质人才，为理工科公共数学基础课程的课程思政建设提供可借鉴的实践路径。

Abstract: From the perspective of “Three-Wide Education” (whole-staff, whole-process, all-round education), in response to the problems of fragmented ideological and political elements, disconnection from professional teaching, and imperfect evaluation mechanisms in the teaching of Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics, this paper proposes a teaching reform plan that integrates the OBE concept with ideological and political elements. Based on the characteristics of the course itself, the study constructs a teaching model from three dimensions: “goal guidance - process integration - evaluation loop”. By systematically sorting out the curriculum ideological and political goal system, deeply mining three types of ideological and political elements (statistical humanities, statistical theory, and statistical practice), designing diversified integration paths, and establishing multiple evaluation and continuous improvement mechanisms, the organic unity of knowledge transmission, ability cultivation, and value guidance is achieved. Taking the teaching of the method of moments as a case study, the specific implementation process of integrated teaching is demonstrated. The research shows that this reform plan helps to implement the fundamental task of moral education and cultivate high-quality talents with scientific spirit, patriotic feelings, and professional ethics, providing a referable practical path for the construction of curriculum ideological and political education in public mathematics basic courses for science and engineering majors.
