Research on the Construction and Cultivation of Mentor Team for Apprenticeship System of Modern Agricultural Technology Major

摘要: 现代学徒制是破解现代农业人才培养困境的关键，其核心在于校企协同的“双导师”机制。当前农业转型急需高素质技能人才，双导师队伍建设质量直接决定培养成效。本研究聚焦现代农业技术专业双导师队伍，分析其内涵、现状及问题，结合产业需求与实践经验提出建设策略，旨在为强化导师队伍、推动现代学徒制高质量发展提供参考。

Abstract: The modern apprenticeship system is key to resolving the challenges in talent cultivation for modern agriculture, with its core lying in the school-enterprise collaborative “dual-mentor” mechanism. The current transformation of the agricultural sector urgently requires highly skilled professionals, and the quality of the dual-mentor team directly determines the effectiveness of talent cultivation. This study focuses on the dual-mentor team for the Modern Agricultural Technology major, analyzing its definition, current status, and existing issues. By integrating industry demands with practical experience, the study proposes development strategies aimed at strengthening the mentor team and promoting the high-quality development of the modern apprenticeship system.
