Breaking and Reconstructing: Ideological and Political Guidance Path of College Students’ Career Outlook in the Digital Era

摘要: 数字技术催生经济新业态，在拓展大学生职业选择的同时，引发职业选择异化问题。借助智能算法构建信息茧房，冲击大学生职业认知，消解其批判精神与进取意识，尤其对国家战略关键领域学子的职业理想构成严峻挑战，也削弱了高校思政教育成效。文章基于马克思主义理论，剖析技术赋权下价值规训与价值异化的深层逻辑，提出以主体性重构、价值坐标重建、认知生态优化实现思政引领破局，并通过技术赋能、数据驱动、多元协同构建协同育人生态，引导大学生破除流量崇拜，树立正确择业观，强化高校思政教育对青年职业发展的正向引领。

Abstract: Digital technologies have spawned new economic formats. While broadening college students’ career choices, they also give rise to alienation in career selection. With intelligent algorithms, capital constructs information cocoons, which impact college students’ professional cognition, weaken their critical thinking and enterprising spirit. Particularly, it poses severe challenges to the professional ideals of students engaged in key national strategic fields and undermines the effectiveness of ideological and political education in universities. Based on Marxist theories, this paper analyzes the in-depth logic of capital discipline and value alienation under technological empowerment. It proposes to achieve breakthroughs in ideological and political guidance through subjectivity reconstruction, reconstruction of value coordinates and optimization of cognitive ecology. By virtue of technological empowerment, data-driven methods and multi-dimensional collaboration, a collaborative education ecosystem is established to guide college students to abandon traffic worship, establish a correct career choice outlook, and strengthen the positive guiding role of university ideological and political education in youth career development.
