Building a Psychological Crisis Prevention and Intervention System for College Students in the New Era

摘要: 本研究聚焦新时代高校大学生心理危机预防与干预体系构建，旨在应对社会转型与信息技术发展背景下大学生心理健康面临的新挑战。当前高校心理健康工作在网络化生存与代际变化的冲击下，传统模式显现出教育方法单一、预警机制不完善、咨询供需矛盾突出等问题，缺乏循证实践支撑，难以实现精准识别与有效干预。本研究通过文献分析结合政策导向以及国内外研究成果构建了涵盖健康教育、监测预警、咨询服务、干预处置、跟踪回访五个环节的协同干预体系，并且重视各个部分之间的互相配合。

Abstract: This study focuses on building a psychological crisis prevention and intervention system for college students in the new era, aiming to address emerging challenges to student mental health amid social transformation and the development of information technology. Currently, traditional models of mental health services in higher education institutions face significant limitations—such as monotonous educational approaches, incomplete early warning mechanisms, and prominent mismatches between counseling supply and demand—under the pressures of digital lifestyles and generational shifts. These models lack evidence-based support, making it difficult to achieve accurate identification and effective intervention. By integrating literature analysis with policy guidance and domestic and international research findings, this study constructs a coordinated intervention framework comprising five key components: health education, monitoring and early warning, counseling services, intervention and response, and follow-up evaluation, emphasizing close coordination among these elements.
