Abstract: Corporate managers are exposed to high-pressure environments over the long term. However, traditional EAP and stress management training have obvious limitations in terms of reach, personalization, and effectiveness. This paper proposes a research plan that intends to transfer the “Health Float Digital-Mind Fusion Intervention Model” (HFDMFIM) from the competitive sports context to the corporate management context, construct a “physiological-psychological-cultural-digital” four-in-one intervention framework, and design a small-sample pilot study to verify its feasibility and acceptability. It should be clearly stated that, in this paper, the Five Elements Personality is positioned as an auxiliary metaphorical framework rather than an assessment tool with diagnostic validity, and its incremental validity needs to be empirically tested in the pilot study. The research plan adopts a stepped pathway: the first phase verifies the effects of “floatation therapy + wearable monitoring” on managers’ physiological stress indicators; the second phase introduces imagined contact technology to test its incremental benefits; the third phase introduces the Five Elements Personality metaphorical framework to test its cultural adaptation effects. This paper particularly emphasizes the design of ethical principles and operational protocols, including staged informed consent, algorithmic transparency audits, tiered data access permissions, and a humanized activation process for high-risk warnings. The contribution of this research plan lies in proposing a verifiable, phased, and ethics-first research pathway for safeguarding the mental health of high-pressure managers.
