数字鸿沟视角下老年人智慧养老服务使用障碍研究

Study on the Usage Barriers of Smart Elderly Care Services for the Elderly from the Perspective of the Digital Divide

摘要: 随着我国人口老龄化进程持续加深，智慧养老作为积极应对老龄化的重要路径，依托物联网、大数据、人工智能等数字技术，为老年人提供多元化、精准化的养老服务，成为完善养老服务体系的关键支撑。然而，数字鸿沟的存在使得大量老年人难以有效接入和使用智慧养老服务，陷入“想享难用”的困境，制约了智慧养老服务的普惠化发展。本文基于数字鸿沟理论，从接入鸿沟、使用鸿沟、能力鸿沟三个维度，结合相关调研数据与实践案例，系统分析老年人在使用智慧养老服务过程中面临的具体障碍，探究障碍形成的深层原因，并提出针对性的破解路径，旨在弥合数字鸿沟，推动智慧养老服务真正惠及老年群体，提升老年人的获得感、幸福感与安全感。

Abstract: With the continuous deepening of China’s aging population process, smart elderly care, as an important path to actively respond to aging, relies on digital technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data, and artificial intelligence to provide diversified and precise elderly care services for the elderly, becoming a key support for improving the elderly care service system. However, the existence of the digital divide makes it difficult for a large number of elderly people to effectively access and use smart elderly care services, falling into the predicament of “wanting to enjoy but being difficult to use”, which restricts the inclusive development of smart elderly care services. Based on the digital divide theory, this paper systematically analyzes the specific obstacles faced by the elderly in using smart elderly care services from three dimensions: access divide, use divide, and capability divide, combined with relevant survey data and practical cases, explores the deep-seated reasons for the formation of obstacles, and puts forward targeted solutions. The purpose is to bridge the digital divide, promote smart elderly care services to truly benefit the elderly group, and enhance the sense of gain, happiness and security of the elderly.
