银发经济背景下智慧养老产业的供需错位困境与对策研究

Research on the Supply-Demand Mismatch Dilemma and Countermeasures of the Smart Elderly Care Industry in the Context of the Silver Economy

摘要: 在银发经济加快发展的背景下，智慧养老产业快速扩张，但供给增长与需求释放之间的结构性失衡问题日益突出。本文基于供需匹配视角，构建“信息–价格–制度–主体”四维框架，系统剖析其现实表征与深层机制。研究发现，当前智慧养老产业存在产品供给与需求偏好脱节、价格供给与支付能力失衡、设备建设与服务供给失配以及信息传播与需求获取不畅等问题，其本质是技术供给逻辑与老年群体现实需求之间的结构性偏离。为此，应推动需求导向研发、完善支付保障体系、健全标准制度建设并强化多主体协同治理，从而为银发经济背景下智慧养老产业高质量发展及养老服务体系优化提供有力支撑。

Abstract: With the accelerated development of the silver economy, the smart elderly care industry is expanding rapidly. However, the structural imbalance between supply growth and demand release has become increasingly prominent. Based on the perspective of supply-demand matching, this paper constructs a four-dimensional analysis framework comprising “information, price, institution, and actor” to systematically dissect the practical manifestations and underlying mechanisms of this mismatch. The study finds that the current smart elderly care industry faces several challenges: a disconnect between product supply and demand preferences, an imbalance between pricing and affordability, a mismatch between equipment deployment and service provision, and friction in information dissemination and demand acquisition. The essence of these issues lies in a structural deviation between the technology-driven supply logic and the actual needs of the elderly demographic. Therefore, efforts should be made to promote demand-oriented R&D, improve the payment guarantee system, establish comprehensive standard systems, and strengthen multi-stakeholder collaborative governance. These measures will provide strong support for the high-quality development of the smart elderly care industry and the optimization of the elderly care service system in the context of the silver economy.
