产教融合视域下公路养护课程改革探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Highway Maintenance Curriculum Reform from the Perspective of Industry-Education Integration

摘要: 针对《公路养护与管理》课程教学中理论与实践脱节、内容更新滞后、学生实操不足等问题，本研究依托台州学院“1139科技小分队”成果转化项目，将台州市国省道养护工程后评估数据及“四新技术”应用资料转化为教学案例集、实验指导手册与课外实践指南，构建“案例驱动–项目实践–产教融合”三维教学改革模型。以2个教学班87名学生为试点，采用课堂观察、问卷调查与学业成绩对比进行评估。结果显示，课堂观察评分4.55/5.00，学生满意度4.05分，总评平均分提高10.3%，案例分析得分提升18.8%，学生获批省级创新创业项目3项、获技能竞赛奖项4项。研究表明，产教融合可有效推动工程实践与教学理论深度融合，为同类应用型课程改革提供参考。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems in the teaching of Highway Maintenance and Management, such as the dis-connection between theory and practice, outdated teaching content and insufficient hands-on practice for students, this study relies on the achievement transformation project of the “1139 Science and Technology Team” of Taizhou University. The post-evaluation data of national and provincial highway maintenance projects in Taizhou and application documents of “new technologies, new processes, new materials and new equipment” are converted into a teaching case collection, laboratory instruction manuals and extracurricular practice guidelines. A three-dimensional teaching reform model of “case-driven teaching -project-based practice - integration of industry and education” is constructed. Taking 87 students from two teaching classes as the pilot group, classroom observation, questionnaire survey and academic performance comparison are adopted for effect evaluation. The results show that the classroom observation score reaches 4.55/5.00, the student satisfaction score is 4.05, the overall average score increases by 10.3%, and the score of case analysis rises by 18.8%. In addition, students have obtained 3 provincial innovation and entrepreneurship projects and 4 awards in skill competitions. The research indicates that the integration of industry and education can effectively promote the deep integration of engineering practice and teaching theory, and provide a reference for the reform of similar application-oriented courses.
