数字化赋能智慧体育课堂的创新实践研究

Research on the Innovative Practice of Digital Empowerment of Smart Sports Classrooms

摘要: 本研究聚焦数字化技术与智慧体育课堂的深度融合，探索其在健康中国战略背景下的创新路径与实践价值。研究运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、案例分析法等，对健康中国建设的实践目标进行厘定，并为此提出了数字化技术与智慧体育课堂的融合创新方案，包括技术应用场景创新和教学模式创新。实践表明，数字化赋能重构了体育教学模式，实现了个性化训练方案、精准化运动评估及风险预警，有效提升学生体质健康水平与运动参与度，为体教融合提供了技术支撑，助推全民健康战略目标的科学化落地。

Abstract: This study focuses on the deep integration of digital technology and smart sports classrooms, exploring their innovative paths and practical value under the background of the Healthy China strategy. The research employs methods such as literature review, logical analysis, and case analysis to define the practical goals under the health China. For this purpose, it proposes an innovative integration plan of digital technology and smart sports classrooms, including innovations in technology application scenarios and teaching models. Practice has shown that digital empowerment has restructured the physical education teaching model, achieving personalized training plans, precise sports assessment and risk early warning, effectively enhancing students’ physical health and participation in sports, providing technical support for the integration of sports and education, and promoting the scientific implementation of the national health strategy goal.
