社会工作介入亲密关系暴力的伦理议题——基于生态系统理论和与Reamer伦理决策模型的分析

Ethical Issues of Social Work Intervention in Intimate Partner Violence—An Analysis Based on Ecological Systems Theory and Reamer’s Ethical Decision-Making Model

摘要: 亲密关系暴力具有隐蔽性、持续性和复杂性，社会工作者在介入过程中常面临案主利益与案主自决权之间的伦理冲突。本文基于生态系统理论，从个人、家庭、社会及制度等层面分析影响案主选择的多重因素，并运用Reamer伦理决策模型探讨社会工作者的伦理判断过程。研究认为，应在尊重案主自决的基础上兼顾其人身安全与现实福祉，通过风险评估、资源支持、专业督导及多主体协作等方式，明确保护性介入边界，拓展案主实际选择空间，实现伦理原则与专业实践的平衡。

Abstract: Intimate partner violence is characterized by concealment, persistence, and complexity, often placing social workers in ethical dilemmas between clients’ interests and their right to self-determination during intervention. Based on the ecosystem theory, this article analyzes multiple factors influencing clients’ choices at individual, family, societal, and institutional levels, and applies Reamer’s ethical decision-making model to examine social workers’ ethical reasoning processes. The study argues that while respecting clients’ autonomy, social workers should also safeguard their physical safety and practical well-being. By employing risk assessment, resource support, professional supervision, and multi-stakeholder collaboration, protective intervention boundaries can be clarified, clients’ actual choice options expanded, and a balance achieved between ethical principles and professional practice.
