“数商兴农”视域下大学生跨专业参与智慧农业的现状与实践路径——基于辽宁省的调研

Under the Perspective of “Digital Business Revitalizing Agriculture”: Current Situation and Practical Path of College Students’ Interdisciplinary Participation in Smart Agriculture—Based on Surveys of Liaoning Province

摘要: 乡村振兴是实现民族复兴的重要基础，推进农业绿色发展、带动农民增收，是乡村振兴新阶段的核心任务。针对智慧农业同小农方式匹配度不高这一基本现实问题，按环境工程、采矿工程及数据类专业分设调研内容，组织跨学科调查小组对辽宁省3个典型行政村做实地考察，同时讨论老年农户被数字赋能的困难以及大学生介入智慧农业的瓶颈，给出大学生跨专业“调研–赋能–落地”整套实践思路，在2个试点村庄做了初步应用尝试，并设计了低成本、适老型智慧农业改进方案，从政府、社会和高校三个层面提出推动大学生跨专业参与智慧农业助农的对策建议。

Abstract: Rural revitalization is a crucial foundation for achieving national rejuvenation. Promoting green agricultural development and increasing farmers’ income are the core tasks of the new phase of rural revitalization. Addressing the fundamental issue of the low compatibility between smart agriculture and small-scale farming, this study divides research content by environmental engineering, mining engineering, and data-related disciplines. A multidisciplinary investigation team conducted field surveys in three typical administrative villages in Liaoning Province. The study also discusses the challenges faced by elderly farmers in being digitally empowered and the bottlenecks of university students’ involvement in smart agriculture. A comprehensive practical framework of “research-empowerment-implementation” for cross-disciplinary university students is proposed. Preliminary applications were tested in two pilot villages, and a low-cost, elderly-friendly smart agriculture improvement plan was designed. Strategies to promote cross-disciplinary university student participation in smart agriculture for agricultural assistance are suggested from the perspectives of government, society, and universities.
