A Study on Thunderstorm Activity Characteristics and Thunderstorm Disaster Prevention Strategies in Wuhan Caidian District

摘要: 为系统揭示蔡甸区雷电灾害的致灾机理，补齐区域雷电灾害精细化研究短板，本文依托2013~2025年蔡甸区雷电观测监测数据与实地灾害调查资料，系统梳理区域雷电活动的时间、空间及强度分布特征，聚焦典型雷电灾害案例，深入剖析灾害演变过程与核心致灾成因，精准识别区域雷电灾害的主要风险点与薄弱环节。本研究旨在明确蔡甸区雷电活动规律及灾害形成机制，研究成果可为区域雷电灾害风险区划、防雷工程建设、防灾科普宣传及应急防控工作提供科学的数据支撑与理论依据，对提升蔡甸区气象灾害防御能力、降低雷电灾害损失具有重要的实践价值。

Abstract: To systematically reveal the mechanisms behind lightning disasters in Caidian District and fill in the gaps in detailed regional studies on lightning disasters, this paper relies on lightning observation and monitoring data from 2013 to 2025, along with on-site disaster investigation information. It systematically reviews the temporal, spatial, and intensity distribution characteristics of regional lightning activity, focuses on typical lightning disaster cases, and deeply analyzes the disaster evolution process and core causes. The main risk points and weak spots of regional lightning disasters are accurately identified. This study aims to clarify the patterns of lightning activity and the mechanisms of disaster formation in Caidian District. The results can provide scientific data and theoretical support for regional lightning disaster risk zoning, lightning protection engineering construction, disaster awareness campaigns, and emergency prevention and control work, which is highly valuable for improving meteorological disaster defense capability and reducing lightning-related losses in Caidian District.
