Professor Fu Lixin’s Experience in Treating Wrist Ganglion Cysts

摘要: 腕部腱鞘囊肿多因过用腕部引起，临床以腕部局限性隆起为主要表现。傅立新教授认为腱鞘囊肿属本虚标实之证，治疗时不仅要松解腕部筋结，还要调理全身气血，标本兼治，以达通畅腕部气血之效。文章总结傅教授运用筋骨针联合针灸、耳穴治疗腕部腱鞘囊肿的临床经验，为治疗该病拓展思路与方法。

Abstract: Ganglion cysts of the wrist are often caused by overuse of the wrist and primarily present clinically as localized swelling in the wrist. Professor Fu Lixin believes that ganglion cysts represent a condition characterized by underlying deficiency and superficial excess, requiring treatment not only to release tension in the wrist tendons but also to regulate the body’s overall qi and blood, addressing both root and symptoms to restore smooth circulation of qi and blood in the wrist. This article summarizes Professor Fu’s clinical experience using Jingu needle technique combined with acupuncture and ear acupoint therapy for treating ganglion cysts of the wrist, offering new insights and approaches for managing this condition.
