“三全育人”背景下新媒体思想政治教育体系构建

The Construction of a New-Media Ideological and Political Education System in the Context of “Three-Whole Education”

摘要: 新媒体平台的兴起改变了高校大学生思想政治教育的信息环境。传播渠道多元化扩大了思想宣传的覆盖面，也使多样社会思潮的碰撞更为直接。高校宜将新媒体纳入育人体系，借助其传播快、互动强、贴近学生的特点，在传统载体之外开辟新的宣传阵地，把握思想引导的主动权。在“三全育人”综合改革背景下，构建起全员协作、全过程贯通、全方位协同的新媒体思想政治教育体系，通过在新媒体平台中融入思政元素及社会文化的熏陶，最终在潜移默化中提升大学生的思想品德素质。

Abstract: The rise of new media platforms has transformed the informational landscape for ideological and political education among university students. The diversification of communication channels has expanded the ideological publicity and enabled more direct encounters among diverse social currents of thought. Universities should integrate new media into their educational frameworks, leveraging its characteristics—rapid dissemination, strong interactivity, and close proximity to students—to establish new platforms for outreach beyond traditional media channels, thereby securing the initiative in ideological guidance. Within the context of the comprehensive “Three-Whole Education” reform, universities should construct a new media-based ideological and political education system characterized by whole-staff collaboration, end-to-end integration across all stages of the educational process, and comprehensive interdisciplinary coordination. By embedding ideological and political elements alongside exposure to social and cultural influences within these new media platforms, universities can ultimately cultivate the moral and ethical qualities of university students through subtle and gradual influence.
