资源依赖视角下社区志愿组织可持续发展路径研究——以A社区志愿组织为例

Sustainable Development Pathways for Community Volunteer Organizations—A Resource Dependence Perspective Based on a Case Study of Organization A

摘要: 随着中国城市化进程的加速，社区治理在社会发展中日益重要。在这一进程中，政府作为单一主体解决问题的治理模式已无法满足居民日益复杂的需求，社区志愿组织作为重要力量，具有灵活性、敏捷性和社会渗透力，其可持续发展直接影响着社区的服务质量与治理效能。本研究以A社区志愿组织为研究对象，在文献梳理的基础上，剖析组织在资源供给、人才队伍、服务运营等方面的现存问题，并从探索多维度资源、健全人才激励与保障体系、构建需求调研与服务反馈机制三方面提出社区志愿组织的可持续发展路径，为推动社区志愿组织的长效发展提供参考。

Abstract: With the acceleration of urbanization in China, community governance has become increasingly important in social development. In this process, the traditional governance model relying solely on government as a single actor can no longer meet residents’ growing and complex needs. Community volunteer organizations, as significant forces, possess flexibility, agility, and strong social penetration, and their sustainable development directly affects the quality of community services and governance effectiveness. Taking a community volunteer organization in Area A as the research subject, this study reviews existing literature to analyze current challenges faced by the organization in resource supply, talent development, and service operations. It proposes pathways for sustainable development through exploring multidimensional resources, improving talent incentive and support systems, and establishing mechanisms for demand assessment and service feedback, offering insights for promoting long-term growth of community volunteer organizations.
