童年创伤与短视频过度使用的关系：自我概念清晰性与正念注意觉知的链式中介作用

The Relationship between Childhood Trauma and Excessive Short Video Use: The Chain Mediating Role of Self-Concept Clarity and Mindful Attention Awareness

摘要: 该研究旨在探讨童年创伤在青年群体(18~25岁)过度使用短视频的影响，并检验了自我概念清晰性和正念注意觉知在其中扮演的链式中介作用。研究通过对380名青年进行问卷调查，采用童年创伤问卷、自我概念清晰性量表、正念注意觉知量表和大学生短视频成瘾量表收集数据。使用SPSS PROCESS Model 6进行统计分析。研究发现：1) 童年创伤与短视频过度使用呈显著正相关；2) 自我概念清晰性和正念注意觉知分别在童年创伤与短视频过度使用之间起独立的中介作用；3) 存在一个显著的链式中介效应，即童年创伤通过降低自我概念清晰性，进而削弱正念注意觉知，最终导致短视频过度使用。研究结论认为，自我概念清晰性和正念注意觉知的链式中介作用是童年创伤影响短视频过度使用的重要心理机制。

Abstract: This study aims to explore the impact of childhood trauma on excessive short video use among young people (ages 18~25), and to examine the chain mediating role of self-concept clarity and mindful attention awareness. The study collected data by surveying 380 young people, using the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire, Self-Concept Clarity Scale, Mindful Attention Awareness Scale, and College Student Short Video Addiction Scale. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS PROCESS Model 6. The study found: 1) Childhood trauma and excessive use of short videos are significantly positively correlated; 2) Self-concept clarity and mindful attention awareness play independent mediating roles between childhood trauma and excessive short video use; 3) There is a significant chain mediation effect: childhood trauma weakens mindful attention awareness by reducing self-concept clarity, ultimately leading to excessive short video use. The research concludes that the chain mediation between self-concept clarity and mindful attention awareness is an important psychological mechanism by which childhood trauma influences excessive short video use.
