摘要: 本文主要介绍了武汉市农用地转用和土地征收报件编制系统建设背景、设计原则、总体目标、设计思路、框架设计、功能设计以及数据设计等内容，并就系统建设过程中的一些关键技术问题的实现进行了探讨。
Abstract: This paper describes the establishment background of information system for making approval resources of Wuhan agricultural land transference and land expropriation, and introduces its de-sign principle, general target, design idea, frame design, function design and database design, etc. And it discusses some key technical realization problems during the system construction.
