摘要: 高强高韧42CrMo钢是轨道交通紧固件的重要用钢之一。本文基于一种成分优化的42CrMo钢,对其进行淬火和回火处理(850℃油淬,530℃回火),进而进行了机械性能及断口形貌分析。研究表明:42CrMo钢经热处理后主要组织为回火索氏体;钢中氧含量显著影响钢的冲击韧性,钢中氧含量越高,其冲击韧性越差;钢中夹杂物数目越多,其冲击韧性越差,且当钢中含有氧化铝夹杂时,钢的冲击韧性明显降低。
Abstract: 42CrMo steel with high strength and high toughness is one of the important steels used in the fas-tener of rail transportation. In this paper, for a component optimization of 42CrMo steel after quenching and tempering treatment (oil quenching at 850˚C, tempering at 530˚C), the mechanical properties and fracture morphology were analyzed. The experimental results show that the 42CrMo steel after heat treatment was mainly composed of tempered sorbate; the oxygen content in the steel significantly influences the impact toughness of the steel, the higher the oxygen content, the lower impact toughness; inclusion has an obvious effect on the impact toughness of the steel, the more inclusions, the worse impact toughness.
