物流人才需求调查研究

The Research of Logistics Personnel Demand

摘要: 物流业作为一个新兴行业在国民经济中的作用越来越大，然而以往的调查研究显示[1]认为作为物流人才输送地的大学与实际物流企业所需人才存在脱节。因此，我们从物流毕业生和物流企业调研入手，致力于研究脱节点，分析得出市场上物流人才需求呈多样化、综合性发展与现在高校注重理论知识的状态相脱节的结论，可供教学参考。

Abstract: The logistics business as a newly-developing business in the national economy is more and more important. The study suggests, however, universities as the logistics personnel transportation is disjointed with the actual logistics enterprises needed talents [1]. Therefore, we research gra-duates and logistics enterprises, dedicated to the disconnect point. This paper analyzes the con-tradiction between the developments of logistics personnel needs on the market and the univer-sity education, in order to provide a reference for the teaching.
