客观化躯体意识对女性大学生幸福感的影响—自尊的中介作用

摘要: 目的：考察自尊在女性客观化躯体意识和幸福感之间的中介作用。方法：采用中文版客观化躯体意识量表、自尊量表和幸福感指数量表对563名女性大学生和研究生进行调查。结果：1) 躯体羞愧、躯体控制、自尊和幸福感呈现不同程度的显著相关(r = −0.126~0.505, p < 0.05, p < 0.01)；2) 自尊在躯体羞愧、躯体控制对幸福感的影响中起到了完全中介作用。
Abstract: Objective: To investigate the mediating role of self-esteem on the happiness influenced by objecti-fied body consciousness. Methods: Questionnaires were used to examine 563 female college stu-dents. The methods of correlation, path analysis and regression were used to analyze data. Results: 1) Body shame, controls of body, self-esteem and happiness have significant correlation on different scale (r = −0.126 - 0.505, p < 0.05, p < 0.01); 2) The mediating effects of self-esteem is significant, self-esteem has a total mediating effects between body shame, controls of body and happiness among female college students.
