摘要: 以培养经济管理类学生高技能型人才为目标的“组织行为学”实践性教学体系的构建与创新，是以理论知识培养与动手能力结合起来的创新型实践教学体系。理论与实践教育同步进行：“学中干，干中学”，力求把“知识、能力、素质”的培养融于一体，提高学生实践能力；同时以“构建创新型实践教学体系”为目标，以“一核心五模块”实践教学课程体系的实施为突破口，积极与企业共建教学基地，提高学生认识社会的能力，强化学生实际分析问题、解决问题的能力，效果良好。

Abstract: To foster economic management students highly skilled personnel for the goal of “Organizational Behavior” Practical Teaching System Construction and Innovation is an innovative practice teaching system based on theoretical knowledge training and ability.
