向开维教授运用整体观治疗腰椎间盘突出症型腰痛患者的临床疗效观察

摘要: 目的：总结运用整体观治腰椎间盘突出症型腰痛患者的治疗经验。方法：将60例患者随机分为整体观治疗组30例及传统手法组30例。结果：治疗后：两组VAS评分比较(t = −0.006, p = 0.995 > 0.05)、JOA评分比较(t = 0.561, p = 0.577 > 0.05)均无统计学意义；结束后1月访视：两组VAS评分比较(t = −6.593, p = 0.00 < 0.05)、JOA评分比较(t = −6.802, p = 0.00 < 0.05)均具有统计学意义；结论：实验组与对照组腰椎间盘突出症型腰痛患者短期止痛效果及症状改善无明显差异。

Abstract: Objective: To summarize the experience of the treatment of patients with lumbar disc disease by using the concept of overall experience. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into treat-ment group 30 cases and overall view of traditional technique group 30 cases. Results: After treatment, two groups of VAS score comparison (t = 0.006, p = 0.995 > 0.05), JOA score comparison (t = 0.561, p = 0.561 > 0.05) had no statistical significance; after the end of January visit: Two groups of VAS score comparison (t = 6.593, p = 6.593 < 0.05), JOA score comparison (t = 6.802, p = 6.802 < 0.05) were statistically significant. Conclusion: The therapeutic effect for the improvement of short-term pain and symptoms in experimental group and control group patients with lumbar disc disease has no significant difference.
