论中国共产党“生命线”理论的发展和依据

The Development and Basis of the “Lifeline” Theory of the Communist Party of China

摘要: “思想政治工作是经济工作及其他一切工作的生命线”是党在长期实践，在革命、建设和改革各个历史时期，总结经验教训，对思想政治教育地位作用认识探讨的理论成果。“生命线”理论是马克思主义中国化的产物，也是思想政治教育自身的科学性和政治性所决定的；在党的长期实践中不断发展深化，是对中国特殊国情和党情的回应，是党在建设和改革开放新时期的行动指南。

Abstract: The conclusion that the ideological and political work is the lifeline of economic work and all other work, is the theoretical achievement of the exploration of the statue and function of ideological and political education, after summing up experience and drawing lessons from the practice of revolution, construction and reform in each historical period. The “lifeline” theory, which is determined by the scientificity and politicization of ideological and political education, is the outcome of the sinification of Marxism. It kept developing in the long-term practices led by the communist party of China, and it is the response to the special conditions of the nation and the party, as well as the guideline of the construction, reform and opening in the new period.
