玛咖与中药配伍使用的试验研究

摘要: 本文研究玛咖与中药配方使用对雄性小鼠性功能的影响。70只成年雄性小鼠随机平均分为7组:对照组(0.9%生理盐水)、万艾可组(0.013 g/kg BW)、玛咖低剂量组(M1组,2.5 g玛咖/kg BW)、玛咖高剂量组(M2组,5 g玛咖/kg BW)、无玛咖配方组(P0组,17 g配方中药/kg BW)、玛咖低剂量配方组(P1组,17 g配方中药 + 2.5 g玛咖/kg BW)、玛咖高剂量配方组(P2组,17 g配方中药 + 5 g玛咖/kg BW)。灌胃给药28 d,观察雄鼠捕捉潜伏期、捕捉次数、交配潜伏期和交配次数,计算雄鼠体重及性器官脏器系数并检测精子生成情况。结果表明,M2、P0和M1组均可显著缩短雄鼠捕捉潜伏期和交配潜伏期、增加捕捉雌鼠次数和交配次数(P < 0.05),并可显著提高雄鼠睾丸总精子数、睾丸精子日生成量以及附睾尾总精子数(P < 0.05);各试验组对雄鼠体重及性器官脏器系数无显著影响(P > 0.05);P1组的交配能力及精子生成能力显著高于P0组(P < 0.05)。上述结果表明,一定剂量的玛咖能提高中药配方在增强雄鼠性功能方面的药用效果;玛咖和中药配方使用,可大幅度降低玛咖的用药剂量;玛咖及配方用药提高雄鼠性功能的机制可能与其促进精子生成有关。
Abstract: To investigate the effect of maca (Lepidium meyenii) in Traditional Chinese Medicine formula on the sexual function of male mice, seventy male mice were randomly divided into 7 groups: control group (0.9% NS), vigra group (0.013 g/kg BW), low dosage of maca (M1) group (2.5 g maca/kg BW), high dosage of maca (M2) group (5 g maca/kg BW), TCM formula with no maca (P0) group (17 g TCM/kg BW), TCM formula with low dosage of maca (P1) group (17 g TCM + 2.5 g maca/kg BW), TCM formula with high dosage of maca (P2) group (17 g TCM + 5 g maca/kg BW). After all groups of mice were given by gavage for 28 days, the latent periods and frequencies of chasing and intercourse were recorded, and the organ coefficients and sperm production capacity were tested. Results showed that for M2, P0 and M1 groups, the latent periods of chasing and intercourse were shortened, and the frequencies of chasing and intercourse were increased with an increased sperm production. No statistically differences existed in organ coefficients among groups. The capacities of intercourse and sperm production of P1 were higher than those of P0. So, it can conclude that a dose of maca can improve the effect of TCM formula on sexual capacity of male mice and its mechanism may be relevant with promoting sperm production.
