基于散客特征调查的海南文昌旅游接待服务与设施探讨

Research on Tourism Hospitality Service and Facilities in Wenchang Hainan Based on the Survey of Foreign Independent Tourist’ Characteristics

摘要: 本文在对海南文昌散客旅游者问卷调查和深度访谈的基础上从基本特征和行为特征两方面对文昌散客旅游者进行了深入分析。针对调查结果给出了完善文昌旅游接待服务与设施的几点建议：更新完善一批旅游景区，解决景区旅游配套不齐全问题；开发一批旅游产品，解决旅游产品品质低的问题；政府加强引导，解决旅游管理不规范问题。

Abstract: This paper deeply discusses about basic characteristics and behavioral characteristics of FIT (Foreign Independent Tourist) in Wenchang based on questionnaire and interviews with FIT in Wenchang, Hainan. According to the result, it provides relevant advice for tourism hospitality service and facilities in this area: Renew a batch of facilities on tourist attractions to reach consumer needs; Develop new tourist products with high quality and solve existing product quality problems; Strengthen governmental guidance of standardizing management in tourism.
