摘要: 目的：回顾总结肝多发上皮样血管内皮瘤的病因、特点、影像学特征以及治疗方法，提高诊疗准确性，降低误诊率。方法：通过回顾1年前1例肝多发上皮样血管内皮瘤患者的诊疗过程，总结此类疾病治疗经验。结论：完整的病史、全面的体检、准确的影像学特征和实验室指标掌握，全面的鉴别诊断思维和科学的综合分析，最终得出正确的诊断，结合病人自身情况，给予精准的治疗方案。
Abstract: Objective: To review and summarize the etiology, characteristics, imaging features and treatment of multiple epithelial hemangioendothelioma of liver, improve the accuracy of diagnosis and treatment, and reduce the rate of misdiagnosis. Methods: By reviewing one year ago, a case of liver multiple epithelioid hemangioendothelioma diagnosis and treatment process, summed up the ex-perience of treatment of such diseases. Conclusion: The complete medical history, comprehensive physical examination, accurate imaging features and laboratory index control, comprehensive differential diagnosis thinking and comprehensive analysis of science finally come to the correct diagnosis, combined with the patient’s own situation, give accurate treatment.
