摘要: 医品耗材具有一定的特质，且管理流程较为复杂，文章分析了医品管理存在的问题，提出相应对策，并阐述了采用现代信息化管理，规范对医品耗材采购流程、建立二级库管理模式、实行系统信息一体化等方法及其意义和效果，实现对高值耗材全过程、信息化的管理。

Abstract: Medical consumables have certain characteristics and its management process is relatively complex. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the medical product management and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. The paper also expounds the methods and significance and effect of modern information management, standardizing the procurement process of medical consumables, establishing the secondary library management mode, implementing the system information integration, to realize the whole process and informationization management of high-value consumables.
