高职院校教师专业发展的问题与路径探究
Problems and Path Exploration of Teachers’ Professional Development in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要: 对于教师专业发展这一议题的研究成果数不胜数,可见学界对于这一问题一直保持高度的关注和研究兴趣。本文从专业教师作为一个生命个体成长的角度、专业教师发展的阶段和层面、专业教师发展的纬度上三个层面深入分析了高职院校教师专业发展的内涵,分析了高职教师专业发展存在认知层面的缺失、制度层面的僵化、系统支持的缺位三个问题,并针对问题提出建议:提高高职教师对于自我专业发展重要性的认识、激活高职教师专业成长机制、建构校企共同体的教师专业发展平台。
Abstract: The research on the topic of teachers’ professional development has been filled with the attention and interest of the academic community on this issue. This article is based on the perspective of professional teacher’s individual life development to analyze teachers’ professional development, teachers’ professional development stages and levels of latitude in-depth. The content of analysis includes: in-depth analysis of the connotation of higher vocational college teachers’ professional development, analyzing the absence of cognitive level of higher vocational teachers’ professional development, the rigidity of the system level and three questions about it, and suggestions are put forward according to the problems: improving the knowledge of higher vocational teachers’ professional development for self-importance, activating mechanism of higher vocational teachers’ professional development, building school-enterprise community of teachers’ professional development platform.
