Ultra Microscopic Observation of Canine Pyometra

摘要: 本实验对4只患有子宫积脓的犬和2只正常的母犬进行了子宫切除，并在扫描电镜、透射电镜下观察两者黏膜层发生的变化。通过观察所发生的病变，了解发病机理，为该病的治疗提供相应的指导，从而提高该病的治愈率，也为国内在这方面所进行的微观结构的观察提供更多的资料。扫描电镜20 KV下50倍到300倍其上皮脱落呈现蜂窝状结构，下层组织暴露，管腔扩张，组织间隙增宽，呈现水肿状态。透射电镜3500倍到8000倍下观察细胞内膜破裂细胞基质及细胞器外渗，并且可以看到部分的细胞器，例如线粒体和内质网都会增大，线粒体空泡化，分泌的分泌物会增多。

Abstract: In this study, 4 cases of uterine empyema dogs and 2 normal female dogs were subjected to hys-terectomy, and observed under the scanning electron microscope, transmission electron micro-scope the mucosal layer changed. By observing the occurrence of lesions, understanding the pathogenesis, providing guidance for the treatment of the disease, thereby the cure rate of the disease was improved. Also, for the domestic research in this area, it provided more information on the observation of the microstructure. Scanning electron microscope 20 KV 50 multiple to 300 multiple, its epithelial shedding showed honeycomb structure, the lower tissue exposed, the lumen expanded, and tissue gap widened, showing edema state. Transmission electron microscopy 3500 multiple to 8000 multiple observed cell membrane rupture of extracellular matrix and organelles extravasation, and can see some of the organelles, such as mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum will increase, the mitochondria is becoming vacuolization, and secreted secretions will increase.
