浅析梦交致胎漏、胎动不安中医证治

A Brief Analysis on Fetal Bleeding, Fetal Irritability that Caused by Sexual Intercourse in Dream

摘要: 自古以来关于梦交引起胎漏、胎动不安的病例并不少，而其相关医籍记载颇少，西医对于性梦及其所致自然流产治疗手段较少，收效欠佳，而中医对于该病的认识自两千多年前就已有所提及，至张仲景总结出用桂枝龙骨牡蛎汤论治心肾不交之梦交，及后世医家多方临证总结，对于梦交及其引起的胎漏、胎动不安辨证论治，综合治疗，疗效可靠，具有一定的优势与特色，故此浅析。

However, Chinese medicine for the understanding of the disease would date from more than two thousand years ago, Zhangzhongjing summarized with Cinnamomi with Dragon's Bone and Oyster shell Decoction to treat heart-kidney imbalance of sexual dream, and later ages made the acknowledgement concluded in many ways, for the disease that treatment based on syndrome differentiation is comprehensive, the curative effect is reliable, Chinese medicine has certain advantages and characteristics. Therefore, here is a short analysis.
