人效理论视阈下的科技型中小企业人才流失研究
The Study of Tech-Based SMEs Brain Drain under the Theory Perspective of Per Capita Efficiency
摘要:
在我国,劳动者尤其是80、90后就业稳定性低,就业短期化现象突出是劳动力市场的常见现象。80、90后员工作为科技型中小企业的用工重要组成部分,控制其流失率具有重要意义。本文以人效理论思想为指导,研究了科技型中小企业的人才流失问题,提出了从薪酬、培训、工作分析、落实“黄金法则”等方面综合设计方案,提高员工忠诚度的构想。
Abstract:
In China, labour, especially the generation after 80s and 90s, job-stability is low, and short-term labor relation is a common phenomenon in the labour market. After 80s and 90s as an im-portant part of tech-based SMEs employment, controlling the brain drain has important signifi-cance. This article, according to the theory of per capita efficiency to study the brain drain of tech-based SMEs, puts forward a integrated design from the pay, training, job analysis, the im-plementation of the “golden rule” etc., and the conception to improve staff loyalty.
