Prevention and Treatment of Gastrointestinal Failure in Critically Ill Patients and Comprehensive Nursing Intervention

摘要: 目的：探讨综合护理干预在急危重症患者中预防胃肠功能衰竭的应用价值分析。方法：将2014年1月至2014年12月收治的30例急危重症患者作为对照组对象(n = 30)，将2015年1月至2015年12月收治的患者作为观察组(n = 30)，对对照组患者实施常规护理措施，对观察组患者在对照组的基础上实施综合护理干预进行防治，分别对两组患者的胃肠功能衰竭发生率以及护理满意度进行比较。结果：观察组患者胃肠功能衰竭的总发生率为16.66%，明显低于对照组患者，差异显著(P < 0.05)；同时，观察组和对照组相比，前者的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论：综合护理干预有助于减少胃肠功能衰竭，起到了一定的防治作用，同时促进了护患间的关系，因而值得推广。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the value of comprehensive nursing intervention in the prevention of ga-strointestinal failure in critically ill patients. Methods: 30 patients with acute and critical illness were treated as the control group admitted from January 2014 to December 2014 (n = 30). The patients in our department from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected as the observation group (n = 30. The control group was treated with intervention only routine nursing measures, patients in the observation group in the control group the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention for prevention and control. The incidence of gastrointestinal failure and nursing satisfaction were compared with two groups. Results: The observation group of patients with gastrointestinal function failure, the total incidence was significantly lower than the control group, with significant difference (P < 0.05); At the same time, the observation group was compared with the control group, nursing satisfaction of the former was significantly higher than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce gastrointestinal failure, which play a certain role in prevention and treatment, and promote the relationship between nurses and patients, which is worth popularizing.
