Retailers Allow Limited Loss of Supply Chain Coordination Research with Combined Contract

摘要: 本文讨论由一个供应商和一个零售商组成的供应链的协调问题，其中零售商的决策目标是在有限损失的条件下优化期望利润。零售商的损失由超储损失和缺货损失组成。研究结果表明：应用回购与收益共享契约、回购与回馈惩罚契约，可以将零售商的期望损失控制在允许的范围内，并且可以实现供应链协调。本文给出零售商的最优订购量及供应链协调时契约参数满足的条件及取值范围，并用数值例子验证。

Abstract: In this paper, a supply chain with one retailer and one supplier is studied, in which the retailer’s decision goal is to optimize the expected profit under limited loss. The loss of the retailer consists of over-storage losses and out-of-stock losses. The study found that buyback-revenue-sharing contract buyback-rebate-penalty contract can restrict retailer’s expected loss within the allowable range, and coordinate the supply chain. The conditions for the contract parameters to coordinate the supply chain are given and the numerical examples are presented to verify the theoretical results.
