碘伏在妊娠合并外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病中的应用体会

Application of Iodine in Pregnancy with Vulve and Vaginal Candida Albicans

摘要: 目的：探讨碘伏治疗妊娠合并外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)的临床疗效与安全性。方法：对56例妊娠合并VVC患者随机分组进行碘伏阴道擦洗和达克宁阴道上药治疗。结果：碘伏擦洗治疗阴道炎与达克宁栓阴道上药治愈率无显著性差异。结论：妊娠期VVC碘伏擦洗疗效安全可靠，值得临床借鉴。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of iodine in treatment of pregnancy with vulve and vaginal Candida Albicans (VVC). Methods: 56 cases of pregnancy with VVC were randomly di-vided into two groups: The iodine-vaginal washing group and the Gyno-Daktarin vaginal delivery group. Results: There was no significant difference between the vaginitis with iodine washing group and the Gyno-Daktarin vaginal delivery group. Conclusions: The efficacy of iodine washing in VVC with pregnancy is safe and reliable, and it is worthy of clinical reference.
