Management Strategy of Enterprise Security Risk under the View of Reliability Management

摘要: 可靠性管理和安全风险管控是我国现代企业生产面临的突出问题。能否做好风险管控工作关系到企业的发展命脉。针对生产和管理中存在的可靠性和安全问题，企业应该从制度建设、文化教育宣传、管理监控、技能培训等方面，建构和强化可靠性管理和安全风险管控机制。

Abstract: Reliability management and safety risk management are the prominent problems in the produc-tion of modern enterprises in China. The risk management and control work are related to the lifeline of the development of the enterprise. In view of the reliability and safety problems existing in production and management, enterprises should strengthen reliability management and safety risk control mechanism from aspects of management system, propaganda, monitoring and training.
