中西医治疗子宫内膜异位症研究进展

摘要: 子宫内膜异位症是妇科疾病的常见病，其具体发病机制与病机并不十分清楚。子宫内膜异位症主要引起下腹盆腔疼痛、月经增多、痛经、性交不适以及月经异常等。关于子宫内膜异位症的治疗目前并未有明确的治疗方案，且难以治愈，西医治疗对与子宫内膜异位症的治疗药物剂量大、副作用多，而中医治疗则疗程长、起效慢，本文即将目前中西医对于子宫内膜异位症的治疗方案作一综合性叙述。
Abstract: Endometriosis is a common disease of gynecological diseases; the pathogenesis and mechanism are not very clear. The main symptoms are pelvic pain, menorrhagia, dysmenorrhea, sexual discomfort and abnormal menstruation. It is intractable and no definite treatment for currently. Western medicine treatment exists large dosage of drugs with side effect; meanwhile Chinese medicine is long course of treatment and slow effect. This paper reviews the recent Western and Chinese medicine treatment for endometriosis comprehensively.
