克拉霉素治疗慢性鼻咽炎一例分析
One Case Analysis of Treatment of Chronic Nasopharyngitis with Clarithromycin

目的：探讨克拉霉素治疗慢性鼻咽炎的疗效分析。方法：例临床表现为头痛，且影像学增强CT误诊为鼻咽肿物的慢性鼻咽炎患者，使用克拉霉素治疗后，临床效果及随访结果良好。结果：使用克拉霉素治疗后，患者临床症状完全缓解，鼻咽CT示：鼻咽部未见明显异常。结论：慢性鼻咽炎与鼻咽癌诊断易混淆，病理活检是金标准，克拉霉素在治疗慢性鼻咽炎患者时效果明显。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of clarithromycin in treatment of chronic nasopharyn-gitis. Methods: Patients with chronic nasopharyngitis were diagnosed as nasopharyngeal tumor by CT; the clinical efficacy and follow-up results were good after the treatment of clarithromycin. Re-sults: After the treatment of clarithromycin, the clinical symptoms of the patients were completely relieved, and the CT showed that the nasopharynx had no obvious abnormality. Conclusion: The diagnosis of chronic nasopharyngitis and nasopharyngeal carcinoma is easy to be confused, and the pathological biopsy is the gold standard, and clarithromycin is effective in treating patients with chronic nasopharyngitis.
