乌灵胶囊联合黛力新治疗焦虑性失眠的疗效及安全性

Safety and Efficacy of Wuling Capsule Combined with Deanxit in the Treatment of Anxiety Insomnia

摘要: 目的：研究乌灵胶囊联合黛力新治疗焦虑性失眠的疗效及安全性。方法：将纳入的60例焦虑性失眠患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组给予乌灵胶囊联合黛力新治疗，对照组单用黛力新治疗，观察两种方法的疗效及安全性。结果：治疗组有效率83.3%，对照组有效率70%，两组之间差异不具有统计学意义。治疗后治疗组HAMA评分为(8.36 ± 3.82)分，对照组HAMA评分为(10.17 ± 4.05)分，两组之间差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。两种不良反应事件发生率差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。结论：乌灵胶囊联合黛力新治疗焦虑性失眠效果较单用黛力新好，安全性好，值得临床上进一步推广。

Abstract: Objective: To study the efficacy and safety of Wuling capsule combined with Deanxit in the treat-ment of anxiety insomnia. Methods: 60 patients with anxiety insomnia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was given Wuling capsule com-bined with Deanxit, and the control group was treated with Deanxit alone. The efficacy and safety of the two kinds of treatment were observed. Results: The effective rate of the treatment group was 83.3%, and the effective rate of the control group was 70%, the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant. After treatment, the HAMA score of treatment group was (8.36 ± 3.82), and the control group HAMA score was (10.17 ± 4.05), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: The effect of Wuling capsule combined with Deanxit is better than use of Deanxit alone in the treatment of anxiety insomnia, and is safety. It is worthy of further clinical promotion.
