摘要: 荧光检测以其灵敏度高、使用方便等优点备受人们的关注,近年来尤其是在离子检测和生物标记方面得到了迅速的发展。本文总结了香豆素类荧光化合物的合成方法及发展情况,希望对相关科研人员提供参考。
Abstract: Fluorescence detection received attention because of its high sensitivity, ease of use and other advantages. In recent years, it has been growing rapidly in ion detection and biomarkers. This ar-ticle summarizes the synthesis of coumarin fluorescent compounds and the development of the situation, hoping to provide relevant reference for researchers.
